Sustainability is central to the way we work and the decisions we make every day. Our comprehensive sustainability strategy features a range of ambitious targets aligned to the United National Sustainable Development goals and overseen by our Audit, Risk & Sustainability Board Committee.

Our aim is to enhance the wellbeing of the people in and around our communities while achieving important milestones, like creating a Green Star Community at Drury.

Green finance

Sustainable Debt Framework

Our Sustainable Debt Framework sets out how we use the proceeds of green bonds and loans to finance or refinance low carbon and energy efficient buildings. Kiwi Property has several green bonds currently on issue.
