Sustainability overview
Sustainability is central to the way we work and the decisions we make, every day. Our comprehensive sustainability strategy features a range of ambitious targets aligned to the United National Sustainable Development goals and overseen by our ESG Board Committee.
Our aim is to enhance the wellbeing of the people in and around our communities, while achieving important milestones, like creating a Green Star Community at Drury.
Our three-pillar sustainability strategy guides the company's environmental, social and governance activities, helping to reduce business risk and create value for our stakeholders.

By engaging with suppliers, tenants and our charity partners, we can work at a greater scale and drive better outcomes. Green finance
Our Sustainable Debt Framework sets out how we use the proceeds of green bonds and loans to finance or refinance low carbon and energy efficient buildings. Kiwi Property has several green bonds currently on issue, the most recent of which was successfully launched in March 2023.
