The Sylvia Park Precinct is a flagship in our mixed-use vision. Already home to New Zealand’s favourite shopping centre, generating $890 million in sales in 2023, over recent years it has evolved into a truly connected community.

The precinct features a growing commercial hub anchored by office buildings, ANZ Raranaga and 3 Te Kehu Way, and is set to take another exciting step forward from May 2024, with the opening of a 295-apartment build-to-rent residential development. Enhancing environmental performance

We’re on a mission to make Sylvia Park one of the most sustainable mixed-use centres in the country. That includes expanding the site’s rooftop solar array to power over half of the shopping centre’s common areas with renewable energy. And we’ve introduced comprehensive food waste systems and our own on-site composting facility. There’s still work to do, but we’re playing our part to create a brighter, greener, future for Aotearoa New Zealand.
